CTA 2000 series consists of our two part adhesives, whereby the resin and activator are automatically mixed prior to application.
Methacrylate Adhesive
Methacrylate adhesive is made from methyl methacrylate resins combined with an activator. When the two parts are mixed, it creates a chemical reaction that cures into a strong, durable plastic-like bond. It bonds exceptionally well to metals, plastics and composites. CTA Methacrylate adhesive working times range from 1-40 minutes. Our best selling Methacrylate adhesive is our Two Part Structural Adhesive 2105.

Toughened Epoxy Resin
Epoxy adhesive is a thermosetting polymer adhesive. A very versatile and durable product, with excellent chemical and environmental resistance. It bonds strongly to metals, wood, glass, ceramics, stone and many plastics. CTA Epoxy adhesive working times range from 3-35 minutes.
PU / Polyurethane Adhesive
Polyurethane adhesive is a high-strength, versatile product, made from polymers with urethane linkages. Our two part PU adhesives are made up from a resin and a hardener. PU bonds firmly whilst allowing some flexibility – making it excellent for dynamic or vibrating applications. CTA PU adhesive can bond to wood, metal, plastics, concrete, rubber and glass.
Polyolefin Bonders
Polyolefin bonder is a chemical adhesive, that allows strong, durable bonding to polyolefin surfaces. Bonds well to LSE plastics, eg. PE, PP and other polyolefins that are normally difficult to glue. CTA Polyolefin bonder is strong and durable, therefore can withstand stress, vibration and handling. The working time for CTA Two Part Structural Adhesive 2102 working time is 4-7 minutes.
