Clear Thin Foamed Acrylic Tape 61100 is a ultra high performance, optically clear, thin, foamed acrylic gel (double sided) tape. It has a thickness of 0.25mm and a red filmic liner for easy removal. Suitable for bonding plastics, polycarbonate, aluminium, glass and powder coated metals.
High temperature resistance, tensile and shear performance. Unaffected by UV and has great water resistance. Suitable for bonding internal and external applications. Can bond to high energy (HSE) and low energy (LSE) surfaces.
Used in furniture and lighting, signage, metal fabrication and manufacturing industries.
Temperature range: -20°C to +180°C
Thickness: 0.25mm
Available in 12mm, 19mm and 25mm x 33m (other variations available).

How to apply Clear Thin Foamed Acrylic Tape 61100
Before applying this acrylic tape, surfaces should be clean, dry and free of any dirt, dust and grease. For the best results, we recommend using CTA IPA Cleaner Degreaser.
- Use sufficient pressure over the whole surface at room temperature to ensure maximum adhesion to substrates.
- The ideal application temperature is between 15 – 25°C.
- Primers can increase the bond durability and surface tension for difficult to bond materials. We recommend CTA Primer or CTA UV Identifiable Primer to achieve the best results.
