White foamed acrylic 6110 signmakers tape is an ultra high performance, double-sided tape. This strong tape is often used in panel production for signage and construction.
Ideal for bonding metals and plastics. Uses include signs, boards, panels, strips, trims and profiles.
This signmakers tape can bond both interior and exterior surfaces. Bonds well to both high surface energy (HSE) and low surface energy (LSE) materials. Extremely versatile product.
Temperature range: -20°C to +180°C
Thickness: 1.1mm
Available in 12mm, 19mm and 25mm x 1.1mm x 33m (other variations available upon request)

How to apply acrylic 6110 signmakers tape
Before applying white foamed acrylic 6110 signmakers tape, surfaces should be clean, dry and free of any dirt, dust and grease. For the best results, we recommend using CTA IPA Cleaner Degreaser.
- Use sufficient pressure over the whole surface at room temperature to ensure maximum adhesion to substrates.
- The ideal application temperature is between 15 – 25°C.
- Primers can increase the bond durability and surface tension for difficult to bond materials. We recommend CTA Primer or CTA UV Identifiable Primer to achieve the best results.
- Ensure uniform stress distribution.
