Double Sided Carpet Tape 42058 is a general-purpose, self-adhesive tape. Featuring a clear carrier, coated with a high-performance synthetic rubber adhesive on both sides. Offering high tack, adhesion and cohesion properties. This tape provides reliable bonding for a wide range of applications.
Commonly used within the flooring and carpet installation, retail and shop fitting, exhibition and display, construction and maintenance, signage and graphics, and general manufacturing industries. Suitable for use on a variety of surfaces including carpet backings, smooth flooring surfaces, paper, cardboard, plastics, metal, wood and display boards.
50mm x 50m (other variations available upon request).
Supplied with an 80g yellow siliconised paper liner for easy handling and application.

How to apply
Before applying this tape, surfaces should be clean, dry and free of any dirt, dust and grease. For the best results, we recommend using CTA IPA Cleaner Degreaser.
- Use sufficient pressure over the whole surface at room temperature to ensure maximum adhesion to substrates.
- The ideal application temperature is between 15 – 25°C.
- Primers can increase the bond durability and surface tension for difficult to bond materials. We recommend CTA Primer or CTA UV Identifiable Primer to achieve the best results.

Our double sided carpet tape is available to purchase online in single rolls at 50mm width. For other width sizes, as well as specific slit widths and die cuts, please contact us. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
