Description
Glass Metal Bonder UV2 is a single component, medium viscosity, ultra fast curing structural adhesive. Specifically designed for bonding small to medium surface area assemblies, suitable for glass to metal applications.
When exposed to UV light, this adhesive cures within seconds, creating a bond that is both impact resistant and flexible. After full curing, UV1 provides exceptional optical clarity, ensuring the glass appearance remains undistorted. The product also offers excellent resistance to environmental conditions. Its versatility allows it to be used with a wide range of substrates and applications in both industrial and medical markets.
Viscosity: 1500cps
Cure speed: <10 seconds

UV curing adhesives product information
Ultraviolet (UV) light curing adhesives—also referred to as light curing materials (LCM)—have grown in popularity within the manufacturing industry because of their extremely fast curing speeds and high bond strength. These adhesives can cure in as little as one second, and many formulations are capable of bonding dissimilar substrates (materials) while withstanding harsh temperature conditions.
As a result of these advantages, UV curing adhesives play a critical role in the production of products across numerous industrial sectors, including electronics, telecommunications, medical, aerospace, glass, and optical industries. Unlike traditional adhesives, UV light curing adhesives are not limited to bonding; they can also be used for sealing and coating applications. In addition, they are generally acrylic-based.
