Description
White MS Hybrid Polymer High Grab Adhesive Sealant 15500 is a single-component adhesive and sealant, based on advanced MS Polymer technology. Designed for versatile bonding and sealing applications, offering excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates. It provides a tough yet flexible bond line, making it suitable for both interior and exterior use.
A unique adhesion promoter enables reliable performance on damp surfaces, allowing applications to continue where traditional adhesives may struggle. It is primerless adhesion to many common materials, helping simplify installation and reduce preparation time.
Working time: 10 minutes
Temperature range: -40°C to +100ºC

How to apply
Before dispensing polymer adhesive 15500, ensure that surfaces are clean, dry and free of any dirt, dust and grease. For the best results, we recommend using CTA IPA Cleaner Degreaser.
- Cut the cartridge seal to the required size and screw on the nozzle.
- Using a skeleton gun, apply the sealant into the gap or joint to provide a solid fill.
- If needed, place masking tape along edges, removing within 10 mins of application.
- For gluing applications, apply adhesive in vertical lines at a distance of 30cm.
- Support the application for 24 hours until full curing.
- Use sufficient pressure over the whole surface at room temperature to ensure maximum adhesion to substrates.
- The ideal application temperature is between 15 – 25°C.
- Primers can increase the bond durability and surface tension for difficult to bond materials. We recommend CTA Primer or CTA UV Identifiable Primer to achieve the best results.
