Description
Polyurethane Protective Tape is a clear, high-performance protective film, commonly referred to as helicopter tape, engineered to shield sensitive surfaces from anti abrasion, wear, light impact, and environmental damage. Manufactured from durable polymeric PVC with a transparent glossy finish, it offers excellent UV resistance, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications across the motorsport industry, as well as for bikes and helicopters.
Designed for long-lasting performance, the tape features a permanent solvent polyacrylate adhesive that ensures strong, reliable bonding to even and slightly curved surfaces. The siliconised kraft paper liner (137 g/m²) allows for easy handling and precise application.
Ideal for automotive use, Polyurethane Protective Tape, also referred to as, anti abrasion tape provides effective protection for vulnerable vehicle body parts such as front and rear bumpers, side skirts, and other exposed areas, helping to prevent damage from stone chipping and everyday abrasion.
