Glass Bevel Bonder UV1 is a single component, medium viscosity, ultra fast curing structural adhesive. Specifically designed for bonding medium to large surface areas, in glass to glass assemblies.
Once exposed to UV light, this adhesive cures in seconds to form an impact resistant, yet flexible bond. Once fully cured, UV1 delivers optimum optical clarity, meaning it will not distort the appearance of the glass. This product is has excellent resistance to environmental factors. Its versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of substrates and applications across both industrial and medical market sectors.

How to apply Glass Bevel Bonder UV1
Before dispensing, ensure that surfaces are clean, dry and free of any dirt, dust and grease. For the best results, we recommend using CTA IPA Cleaner Degreaser.
- Assemble and accurately position the parts, ensuring all air bubbles are removed prior to curing.
- Expose the bonded assembly to UV light and allow the adhesive to cure.
