Description
Soudal Metal Plastic Alu is a polyester-based filler for body repair. It is an aluminium-coloured, high-quality, two-component polyester body filler reinforced with aluminium particles for repairing and strengthening damaged metal and polyester surfaces. The product can be applied in thicker layers due to its special composition, is very easy to mix and use, cures quickly, and can be sanded after approximately 20 minutes.
Available in aluminium colour in metal tins of 2kg.

Instructions
- Mix 2% of the B component with the A component, ensuring thorough mixing to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Do not prepare more product than can be applied within 5 minutes. Apply the mixed product to the surface in a thin layer using a spatula, adding several layers if required. The filler can be sanded after 20–30 minutes, depending on the temperature. After curing, further repair work such as sanding or painting can be carried out.
