Description
A1 Seam Sealer+ High Temperature Sealant Adhesive is a high-temperature white sealant adhesive and industrial bonding solutions, specifically designed to withstand powder coat oven temperatures. This high performance industrial adhesive is easy to apply, flowing smoothly from the cartridge, and has been developed to perform during the powder coating process, allowing the product to air dry and pass through the oven bake cycle in a single pass while the powder is applied, manufacturing efficiency and assembly line productivity.
This advanced formulation is moisture curing and solvent free, offering reliable performance across a wide range of industrial manufacturing and metal fabrication applications. The product does not require heat curing, making it suitable for various OEM and heavy-duty industrial environments.
Air drying seam sealer is a one-part sealant that cures at room temperature to seal joints, seams, and gaps, providing protection against moisture, corrosion, and environmental exposure. This high-temperature resistant sealant bonds and seals most metals, delivering dependable metal-to-metal bonding performance, while maintaining long-lasting durability in harsh operating conditions.
Temperature range: -40°C to +100°C
Paint bake cycle approval, 45 minutes @ 190°C (short term 220°C)
Application temperature: +5°C to +35°C

How to Use
- Clean all bonding surfaces thoroughly using Metal Adhesives IPA Cleaner / Degreaser and a lint-free cloth before application.
- Pierce the top of the cartridge screw thread.
- Cut the nozzle to the required bead size.
- Load the cartridge into a caulking cartridge gun.
- Apply the product evenly, ensuring full contact with all bonding surfaces.
- Tool to a smooth finish with a spatula immediately after application, where required.
- Allow the product to air dry and proceed through the powder coat oven cycle if applicable.
- For partially used cartridges, leave the cured nozzle attached. When ready to reuse, remove the old nozzle and fit a new one.

- Compatible with A1 Caulking Applicator Gun and Nozzles.

Metal Adhesive IPA Cleaner Degreaser is formulated with 99.8% pure isopropyl alcohol and is specifically developed to prepare surfaces and substrates prior to bonding.
