Description
Soudal Polyset is a polyester resin for body repair supplied as a ready-to-use, all-in-one repair set. It is suitable for large-scale repairs on metal, wood, and polyester surfaces. The set contains a pre-accelerated polyester resin, hardener, non-woven fibreglass matting tissue, a mixing container, brush, and spatula.
Available as a small kit – 250g and a large kit 1kg.

Instructions
- Cut the fibreglass matting to the required size, allowing approximately a 3 cm overlap. Fray the overlapping edges to achieve a smooth transition. Mix the required amount of Poly Liquid with 2–4% hardener in the supplied cup until a homogeneous mixture without colour differences is obtained. Apply a portion of the mixture to the substrate using a brush, then soak the fibreglass mat and press it firmly onto the surface. After the previous layer has dried, repeat the process to achieve greater stiffness, ensuring that each successive mat is 1 cm larger than the previous one. Once hardened, sand with very coarse sandpaper or a grinding wheel. Finally, apply a thin layer of Metal Plastic to achieve a good finish.
