Description
Soudal Polyfiber Clear is a polyester-based filler for body repair. It is a transparent, high-quality, fast-curing, glass fibre–reinforced, two-component polyester body filler for repairing damaged surfaces such as dents, scratches, and tears in metal, wood, or polyester. It is a pure polyester resin without fillers, reinforced with fibreglass, and is very easy to mix and apply. The glass fibres provide additional strength to weakened car body parts, and the product cures quickly.
Available in clear in metal tins of 1.5kg.
It is also available in grey, in 250g, 500g, 1kg, and 1.5kg tins. Please see further information.
Applications of Soudal Polyfiber Clear
- Heavy duty filling of scratches, tears, dents in metal plates, including zinc and galvanized steel.
- Repairing scratches, cracks, dents in cars.
- Reinforce rusted parts and repairs small holes in metal, polyester and wooden surfaces.
- Filling of scratches and dents in wooden surfaces.

Instructions
- Mix 2% of the B component with the A component, ensuring thorough mixing to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Do not prepare more material than can be applied within 5 minutes. Apply the mixture to the surface in a thin layer using a spatula, applying several layers if necessary. The putty can be sanded after 20–30 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature. After curing, further repair work such as sanding or painting can be carried out.
